I like the labels on the links. They easily told me what I could expect when I went from screen to screen. The clip art complements project you have developed.
I am looking forward to checking back to see the web resources.
Can I apply for the job? The $60,000 figure looked nice!
If I were an 8th grade student, your webquest would excite me (I'm such a nerd)! I think your title, "Location, Location, Location...Price" is a great hook. I also really liked the way you connected the introduction to students by giving them a job title directly related to Alamance County. Nice integration of math terms -- slope, slope-intercept, expected value, graphs, equations, etc. You are defintely a math teacher who thinks outside of the box. Refreshing!
Wow! You have an amazing start! I love the layout of the page itself and the graphics you have chosen. That little clipboard with the tasks being checked off is a great idea and perfectly placed! A few suggestions that are personal preferences really, but will give you something to consider: The subheading "A WebQuest for 8th ..." isn't centered like the other headings at the top. The only other thing that I saw that you may want to consider is on the Task page. I love the incorporation of you being the president! By doing so, it implies that this WebQuest is only designed for your class to use,, so if you want it to be accessed and used universally you may consider "your teacher" instead. Just a thought. :) There is evidence of a lot of hard work and effort!
