Hi everyone. Take a look at my website. I am still trying to add information, and reload graphics that got lost in the shuffle. Please be patient..it is far from the way I want it. Enjoy!
Traci, I think it is starting to come together even without the graphics. The hot links page is wonderful I like how you have it divided up. Both the school and county website links on the home page are great. Angela
Hey Traci! I was very impressed with your website. You took time to be very detailed on some of the pages. I love the Hot Topics page. I am going to use some of your links for the different subjects on my page. Hope this is okay. I also loved your staying safe and researching a topic page. I would also like to use your staying safe tips. I liked the way you broke up your researching tips. My only concerns were that the hot topics link at the bottom of the page did not work. Also, I was wondering what was going to go on the student grades page? It may be difficult to update the calendar regularly; however, if you only do it once a month it would probably be doable. Good Job! -Rosemary : )
Hi Traci! I love your site! It is very 4th grade specific. I can tell you spent a lot of time working on this. In my opinion, your hot links page is the best part of your website. I love how you organized it by subject and gave a brief description next to each one.
It is hard to find anything wrong with your site, because it is near perfect as it is. I only wonder about what you think about linking children to sites that have lots of commercials. The sites you had linked to were great themselves, but the commercials at the top of the page were sometimes inappropriate for fourth grade viewers. How do you feel about that? I'm not sure what to do about it either. If we only linked to sites without commercials then we would be missing out on a lot of great sites, but if we do then we are exposing our students to anything that advertisers wish to post there. It is just a thought and maybe a question for Dr. Taylor and the rest of the group.
